To check your mails....
You can use AJ-Group's webmail system: https://webmail.aj-group.net
Or you can use a mail client; POP3 / IMAP (SSL enabled) connecting to 'mail.aj-group.net':
Your username is your complete email address.

To administrate your email accounts:
As a mail user you can change your password, enable auto-response (dont forget to turn it back on when you are back), and forward your mails to other mailboxes, from:
https://mailadmin.aj-group.net/

:. FTP

It is recommended that you use a secure FTP client such as: WinSCP
Then you can just connect to 'aj-group.net' or 'yourdomain' (port 22) with your hosting username.

:. MySQL

To use your database you can first login your account with SSH, or you can also use phpmyadmin frontend: https://www.aj-group.net/phpmyadmin/
Remember to always use SSL (https) for security reasons.
